Joshua Tree // Twentynine Palms, CA // Boudoir Photoshoot

After a couples photoshoot of Jordie and Erik at Joshua Tree National Park we went back to the airbnb in Twentynine Palms, California for dinner and a steamy milk bath shoot of Jordie. She climbed into the bath and seemed like a goddess as her man looked on in awe, along with 6 other photographers.

Doing a nighttime boudoir shoot lit by just candles is a seriously amazing way to capture some stunning boudoir photos.There is something so indescribable about the way that candlelight can fill a room with so much beauty and romance.

Jordie laughed in between shots and effortlessly slipped back into her elegant poses. Everything about the shoot was perfect from the pearly white porcelain bath reflecting light back to the camera, to the bed of corks surrounding the beautiful tub, and all topped off with fresh red rose petals floating gracefully on the water. 

Anyone who wants a truly decadent boudoir photo session should consider making use of their own bath tub or of renting an airbnb with a gorgeous tub. There is something so luxurious about a bath filled with milk and roses petals or overflowing with bubbles. To make it even prettier don’t forget to light as many tea light candles as you can.
