Grand Highland Hotel // Prescott, AZ Wedding // Jamie & Logan

Being a wedding photographer in Northern Arizona can bless you with the most beautiful days. On May 4th Jamie and Logan stood in front of everyone they love, in the courtyard at The Grand Highland Hotel on a perfect summer day to become husband and wife. After shooting their engagement photos last fall it was such a pleasure to finally be there on their special day.

Jamie, as a bride, chose to have a few very close bridesmaids rather than a whole group of girls. Two of her bridesmaids, Lindsey and Bell, had not yet seen Jamie's dress. They waited in the bathroom while Jamie's mother helped her button her dress up. Their faces when they saw their friend in her wedding dress were priceless.

Jamie and Logan were visually more comfortable when they met at the end of the aisle. All tension and nerves melted away when they held hands. Their ceremony was personal and sweet, telling the story of how they met. Jamie asked Logan out and they have been together ever since. They laughed and cried and at the end they kissed as man and wife.

As soon as they were married, Jamie and Logan stopped worrying about everything. Every question I asked was answered with a carefree response. They were happy because they were married and nothing could change that.

For dinner, the Paxtons had a burger buffet. There is something so fun about a couple who chooses to have food you eat with your hands at a wedding. Plus, everyone loves a burger!

Being a part of a wedding is always a special thing. Jamie and Logan were so sweet and kind, and their families were incredibly helpful. It was such a pleasure to work with everyone involved. Mr. & Mrs. Paxton will have a beautiful life together.
