I am so thrilled to be offering boudoir photography to my clients. It is such an amazing way to empower women and help them feel their individual beauty. Shauna reached out to me after she found me on Facebook. She was engaged and decided at the last minute that she wanted to give her fiancé boudoir photos as a gift on their wedding day. I was disappointed that I wouldn’t get to photograph their wedding, but absolutely thrilled to meet and work with Shauna.

Shauna is a 911 responder, she is tough and knows what she wants because of this, She is also beautiful and graceful. The perfect combination for any woman. We met for coffee and got to know each other a little before our actual session. This allowed us to get comfortable before she had to actually take her clothes off in front of me. She didn’t need it, she was completely confident and comfortable in front of the camera.

I went to their home on a Saturday, we had to do it on that specific day because it was when her fiancé was out of town for his bachelor party. When Shauna opened the door I was in awe of how incredible she looked. She is a beautiful woman to begin with, but she has incredible talent when it comes to doing her own makeup. I have never been that talented when it comes to this sort of thing, so I always admire women who can make it look so effortless.

After Shauna put her adorable and excitable pup outside, we started taking photos. She had adorable jumpers, baby doll tops, and her fiancé’s jerseys. One thing I love about boudoir is the ability for the clients to change so easily, since their closet is right there!

On October 6th, Shauna and Andrew got married. I am eagerly awaiting images of them on their gorgeous day. They deserve a lifetime of love.
