Ok, so my number one reason to consider Prescott for your engagement photo session has to do with the crowds. Whether you’re a shy couple or you simply don’t want a ton of other people around during your photo session, finding an area that is secluded and private is an important factor to consider, and one that can make or break your photo experience.

Arizona has become a popular travel destination over the years. People often flock to the more well-known cities like Sedona, Flagstaff, and Phoenix. While these areas definitely have some beautiful scenery that is incredible to witness, oftentimes, these locations don’t provide the ideal environment for an engagement photo session. Many times when I’ve tried to visit some of these areas, it’s been virtually impossible to find parking and there are a LOT of people around. Not the most ideal environment for a photo session if you ask me.

While Prescott is a small town and may not be as well-known as the other cities, that’s the beauty of it. There are still tons of beautiful places we can go for your engagement or couples session that will give you lots more privacy without sacrificing the beauty of the location.

A Great Place for a Weekend Getaway

Who doesn’t love a little weekend getaway in a cute town? And what could be better than topping it off with special photos of you and your partner?

Prescott is a great place to get away with your loved one and take some time for just the two of you. Visit one of the many lakes I mentioned earlier, take a stroll down Whiskey Row (a historical street with old-town saloons), or meet with a tour guide (aka me) who will show you all the best things to do in this incredible city! Everyone I talk to that doesn't live here but knows the area tells me how much they love Prescott and how lucky I am to live here. I couldn’t agree more!
